Chocolate Milk

Chocolate milk is my favorite post-run food. It helps me recover after a long run. It is loaded with calcium, carbs and protein all in one drink and it is cheaper than most sports drinks.





I don't think I am the only one who enjoys chocolate milk after a run. I am noticing that it is being provided more often as a post race snack. Give it a try!
