Always maintain your running form

Running Form

Running Form

When we get tired or become too warm, we often ignore our running form and we can easily become injured. This is when we most need to focus on our proper running form. When we are tired, we drag our feet, our shoulders slouch, our head drops, our whole body feels heavy and it becomes quite difficult to run. Without using proper running form, we are not running efficiently and this is when we need to make the best use of our remaining energy.

It can be very difficult to focus on our posture when we are feeling tired, but it is essential if we want to improve our running with more efficiency and less injuries. Making this one change in your running habits could make the difference between being a good runner and a great runner!

Thanks Steve for the great tip. I agree that maintaining your proper running form is so important to remaining injury free. It is so easy to get injured if we run without the correct running form.

We would love to see more great tips like this.
